Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited activities

• Do not use FourLook for malicious redirects, phishing, malware distribution, credential theft, spam, deceptive landing pages, unauthorized data collection, or attempts to bypass security controls.
• Do not use FourLook to circumvent advertising-platform policies, hide prohibited destinations from reviewers, rotate into unsafe offers after review, or otherwise misrepresent the immediate next-hop destination in transparent tracking modes.
• Do not use FourLook for fraudulent traffic, unauthorized tracking, illegal activities, or promotion of prohibited or restricted offers without required licenses, disclosures, age gates, approvals, or platform permissions.

System abuse

• Do not overload, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to FourLook systems.
• Do not resell access, share accounts, or exceed usage limits except where permitted by your plan or written agreement.

Customer and account abuse process

• Reports of abuse may be sent to [email protected] with the campaign URL, destination URL, account email if known, and a description of the issue.
• We may request campaign examples, destination URLs, consent records, advertiser approvals, proof of domain ownership, or other information needed to investigate risk.
• We may suspend links, domains, campaigns, or accounts that appear to violate this policy, create legal risk, harm platform reputation, threaten service reliability, or facilitate deceptive advertising.
• We may cooperate with hosting providers, payment processors, advertising platforms, networks, and law enforcement when legally required or necessary to prevent harm.

Enforcement

• Enforcement actions may include warning, temporary suspension, permanent termination, domain disablement, campaign disablement, or deletion of abusive links.
• Failure to cooperate with a compliance or security review may result in suspension or termination.

Advertising and affiliate compliance

• Customers must comply with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, affiliate network, advertiser, payment processor, hosting, domain registrar, and email provider policies that apply to their campaigns.
• Transparent tracking tools must not be used to disguise prohibited content, mislead reviewers, hide final destinations, rotate into unsafe offers, or evade enforcement.
• Claims about earnings, finance, health, beauty, employment, sweepstakes, software, subscriptions, or regulated products must be truthful, substantiated, and accompanied by required disclosures.

Privacy and consent abuse

• Do not collect, upload, infer, or transmit personal data without lawful basis, required notice, consent where required, and appropriate customer agreements.
• Do not use the platform for unauthorized profiling, illegal surveillance, scraping, credential harvesting, list bombing, spam, or targeting restricted audiences in violation of law.

Domain and SSL abuse

• Custom tracking domains must be owned or authorized by the customer. Do not add domains you do not control.
• Do not use domain features to impersonate brands, create phishing pages, evade reputation systems, distribute malware, or mislead visitors about the operator of a destination.

High-risk and prohibited content

• High-risk verticals may require additional review, licenses, age gates, disclosures, geo-blocking, or written approval.
• We may reject or suspend campaigns involving illegal goods, malware, hate, exploitation, non-consensual content, counterfeit goods, deceptive financial products, or other content that creates unacceptable risk.

Investigation and remediation

• We may request campaign examples, destination URLs, consent records, advertiser approvals, proof of domain ownership, or other information needed to investigate risk.
• Failure to cooperate with compliance or security review may result in suspension, termination, domain disablement, or deletion of abusive links.
