Prohibited activities
- Do not use FourLook for illegal activity, malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, deceptive redirects, unauthorized data collection, or attempts to bypass security controls.
- Do not promote prohibited or restricted offers without required licenses, disclosures, age gates, approvals, or platform permissions.
- Do not use FourLook to misrepresent destinations, hide malicious content, evade advertising review, or violate Google Ads, Meta, affiliate network, payment, or hosting policies.
System abuse
- Do not overload, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to FourLook systems.
- Do not resell access, share accounts, or exceed usage limits except where permitted by your plan or written agreement.
Enforcement
- We may suspend links, domains, campaigns, or accounts that appear to violate this policy, create legal risk, harm platform reputation, or threaten service reliability.
- We may cooperate with hosting providers, payment processors, advertising platforms, networks, and law enforcement when legally required or necessary to prevent harm.
Advertising and affiliate compliance
- Customers must comply with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, affiliate network, advertiser, payment processor, hosting, domain registrar, and email provider policies that apply to their campaigns.
- Transparent tracking tools must not be used to disguise prohibited content, mislead reviewers, hide final destinations, rotate into unsafe offers, or evade enforcement.
- Claims about earnings, finance, health, beauty, employment, sweepstakes, software, subscriptions, or regulated products must be truthful, substantiated, and accompanied by required disclosures.
Privacy and consent abuse
- Do not collect, upload, infer, or transmit personal data without lawful basis, required notice, consent where required, and appropriate customer agreements.
- Do not use the platform for unauthorized profiling, illegal surveillance, scraping, credential harvesting, list bombing, spam, or targeting restricted audiences in violation of law.
Domain and SSL abuse
- Custom tracking domains must be owned or authorized by the customer. Do not add domains you do not control.
- Do not use domain features to impersonate brands, create phishing pages, evade reputation systems, distribute malware, or mislead visitors about the operator of a destination.
High-risk and prohibited content
- High-risk verticals may require additional review, licenses, age gates, disclosures, geo-blocking, or written approval.
- We may reject or suspend campaigns involving illegal goods, malware, hate, exploitation, non-consensual content, counterfeit goods, deceptive financial products, or other content that creates unacceptable risk.
Investigation and remediation
- We may request campaign examples, destination URLs, consent records, advertiser approvals, proof of domain ownership, or other information needed to investigate risk.
- Failure to cooperate with compliance or security review may result in suspension, termination, domain disablement, or deletion of abusive links.
